生活在繁忙的都市裡,大家每天都忙碌於工作和麵對許多無形的壓力而導致身心的疲勞。日復一日,生活上的種種經歷讓我們累積了各種煩惱與痛苦。漸漸地我們大家疲勞得只想停下腳步休息來釋放內心的壓力,開啟轉化療癒的大門。但是對於現代的人想要學習放鬆的確並非容易的事。所以,我們誠意邀請您參與這個靜修營,讓一系列的正念瑜珈與減壓活動來釋放在肩膀,背部,腰椎與腦海中的壓力,及有效地安撫身心靈。

 

此靜修營的目的是探索心靈,舒緩焦慮,增進身心健康及改變生活方式等。對於想放鬆身心及深入了解正念冥想,滋養內心喜悅種子的朋友而言,這是一個不錯的機會讓自己從內去享受當下的喜樂!

Chris Su

負責禪修與正念陰瑜珈導師。因為受到靈性的邀約,所以踏上了印度的土地,開始了展開對瑜伽的熱誠與領悟。同時也是位擁有“靈氣”執照導師。在後期接觸佛學,經絡醫學與心靈療癒課程。目前本身是位禪修冥想與正念陰瑜珈的導師,到亞州各地分享心得。如欲想了解更多資訊,請瀏覽 www.yin-mindfulness.com

 

 

 

- Mindfulness Yoga &Meditation Retreat -

 

Living in a fast pace city? While we are busy at work everyday, we do face much invisible pressure that us to physical and mental fatigue. Day after day, through these experiences we accumulated a variety of stress and pain.

 

We may occasionally need to stop and rest, release inner pressure and open the door to rejuvenation. Sometimes we may find it difficulty get such an opportunity to relax.

 

With this in mind, we would like to invite you to participate in this retreat camp, it is a series of yoga and mindfulness exercise to release pressure on your body.These have shown to effectively soothe our bodies and souls.

 

This retreat also relieve anxiety, enhance health and improve lifestyle.

 

For those you who want to relax and to get an in-depth understanding of mindfulness meditation, experience inner joy and to nourish the seeds of friendship. This is a good opportunity to let yourself go and enjoy the moment of joy from the inside!

- Trainers' Profile -

CHRIS SU

He is the person in-charge of instructor and meditation and mindfulness yin yoga training.

 

A few years ago, he developed the inclination on spiritual training. He went to India and began to learn and practice yoga at higher levels and gain additional enthusiasm and insight. Chris is a certified and licensed "Reiki" mentor. Lately he came in contact with the principle of Buddhism, knowledge of Chinese Medicine Meridians and Spiritual Healing.

 

Currently he is a meditation and mindfulness yin yoga teacher, and he shares his experience across Asia.
